I bought this book for my mother for Christmas. After I looked through it, I wanted a copy for myself. It is an excellent reference for terms, tools and techniques. WARNING!!! If you are a vegetarian, this book is very meat-centric.

This book was written for a novice cook. I did learn a few things, but overall it was beneath my cooking knowledge. I would have liked more in depth concepts.

BOOKS TO YOU never sent the book, did not refund the money nor did they contact me any of the times that I emailed them. Amazon will not refund my money until April 12, six weeks after the book was ordered and paid for.

I love and have a number of Martha Stewart’s books. They are always full of great information, receipes and instructional pictures to make doing anything look like a pro did it.

This book was perfect for my friend who wants to be born again as Martha Stewart. This will give her a good start upon her return. The book encompasses lots of information one wouldn’t find in a typical cookbook.
